Poland Train ticket refund and rescheduling regulations



PKP Intercity Ticket Change Rules

Domestic Tickets

  • Change Deadline: Changes can be made up to 12hours before departure.
  • What Can Be Changed: Date, time, discount type (discount amount), passenger's first and last name.
  • What Cannot Be Changed: Number of passengers and departure station.
  • Price Difference (Higher Price): If the new ticket price is higher, the difference must be paid to complete the change. After you submit the change request and fill in the new information, a link to pay the price difference will be sent via email. The payment must be completed within 30 minutes after the email is sent.
  • Price Difference (Lower Price): If the new ticket price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the account or payment card used for the original booking.

International Tickets

  • Change Deadline: Changes must be made at least 24hours before departure.
  • What Can Be Changed: Date, time, seat type, passenger's first and last name.
  • What Cannot Be Changed: Number of passengers and departure station.
  • Price Difference (Higher Price): If the new ticket price is higher, the difference must be paid to complete the change. After you submit the change request and fill in the new information, a link to pay the price difference will be sent via email. The payment must be completed within 30 minutes after the email is sent.
  • Price Difference (Lower Price): If the new ticket price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the account or payment card used for the original booking.
  • Special Case: Tickets purchased with the "SuperPromo International Fare" are non-changeable.


PKP Intercity Ticket Refund Rules

  • Refunds can be processed at least 12hours before departure.
  • A refund will incur a deduction (15% of the ticket price).
  • A refund will be issued to the user via the original payment method and is expected to be completed within 7-15 days.
  • If a ticket has been scanned by the conductor, it cannot be canceled.Tickets cannot be canceled after the train's departure date.

International Tickets

  • Refunds can be processed at least 24hours before departure.
  • A refund will incur a fee charged by the carrier (10% of the ticket price if before the day of departure, 50% on the day of departure).
  • A refund will be issued to the user via the original payment method and is expected to be completed within 7-15 days.
  • If a ticket has been scanned by the conductor, it cannot be canceled.Tickets cannot be canceled after the train's departure date.
  • SuperPromo International tickets are non-refundable.
